Tacoma Accident Today
All paths of I-5 northward close to South 38th Street in Tacoma have resumed following an hours-in length conclusion Friday due to a dangerous multi-car crash.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) Trooper Robert Reyer said the accident included two semi-trucks and five cars. The accident was first announced around 7:45 a.m. Friday.
At 10:44 a.m., Reyer said it would be a few hours before everything northward paths could return.
Around 8:15 a.m., Reyer tweeted that one person engaged with the accident was articulated dead at the scene.

Reyer additionally tweeted the driver of one of the semi-trucks included was captured for suspected DUI. The Tacoma Fire Department said seven persons were harmed in the accident, including the person that passed on. As per Tacoma Fire, one person was in basic condition, two persons were in not kidding condition, one person was taken to the clinic as insurance, and two others were treated at the scene and delivered.
